Terms of service

1. Using Verity

These terms apply when you or your team use Verity. By creating a workspace, you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

3. Your content

Your documents stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide Verity to you, and you can remove them at any time.

• We do not sell your content

• We do not train shared models on it

• You can export everything you add

4. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

5. Liability

Verity shows its sources so a person can check every answer. Decisions you make with it remain yours, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

6. Ending the agreement

You can close your workspace whenever you like. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we will tell you why.
