Verity reads only what you choose to share, keeps it private to your workspace, and never uses it to train models for anyone else.
1. What we collect
We collect the account details you give us, such as your name, work email and company. When you connect a tool, we read only the folders, channels or records you choose to share.

2. How we use it
We use your information to run Verity, answer your questions with sources, and keep your account secure. We never use your documents to train models for anyone else.
3. Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers that help us run Verity, under written agreements, and only as much as each one needs.

4. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is open. When you delete a workspace, we remove its documents within 30 days and its backups within 90.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Write to privacy@verity.example and we will reply within 30 days.
6. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and email workspace owners at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
